Protein in the morning

This morning I made this recipe. I am trying to start my day with eggs. This has helped me to lose weight in the past so here I go again. I get bored of the same thing so this was a little different and very easy. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray, add two eggs, a hunk of cheese, turkey sausage or bacon, tomato, and onion. Bake for a few minutes and then add salt and pepper. It was really good and the kids liked it too.

  2. Yeah, that was the plan but everyone started eating them too quick. This is actually a pic I stole from the web page where I got the recipe.
