This is a video I've found that I really enjoy. It's short, which doesn't overwhelm me. I figure I can carve out 30 minutes to get it done. And some days just getting it started is my goal and I end up finishing.It's kind of intense. 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs, done in 3 cycles. Because it moves so quickly from thing to thing I feel like I can do whatever it is for just 3 minutes. It's easy enough for me, yet intense enough that Vic can join me and feel like he's getting a good workout too. There are 3 different levels, and 2 levels within each level.
This video makes me feel good. I can feel myself getting stronger. I have a lot of pain in my back and down my arms and after doing this video for a couple of weeks, I feel the pain lessen. It also boosts my mood. I feel like I've accomplished something for the day and the movement can pull me out of whatever funk I'm in.
I found it used on amazon for about $6, which wasn't too much of an investment for me, and it has been worth it. I usually do it Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday. That way I have Wednesday to look forward to having a day off.

Getting something started has been my goal for awhile now. Hasn't happened yet. Have you been doing this for awhile? Because you looked way good while you were out here.
